Terms and Conditions for Real Estate Services

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Hossem Bencheikh, a licensed real estate agent (“Agent,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”). By engaging in any transaction or service offered by the Agent, you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Services
The Agent offers real estate services, including:
- Property listings (buying, selling, renting, leasing),
- Property advice and consultation,
- Assistance with negotiations and closing contracts.
3. Obligations of the Client
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information related to the property and your requirements.
- You agree to cooperate with the Agent in scheduling viewings, meetings, and communications as necessary for the completion of services.
4. Payment and Fees
The Agent’s standard commission is 5% of the final sale/rental price, payable upon successful completion of the transaction. Additional fees may apply for specific services such as property management or legal consultation. Payments are due upon completion of the transaction. Cancellations made after 1 month may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal or financial information provided by the Client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to complete the services.
6. Liabilities
The Agent makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of property information provided by third parties (e.g., property owners, contractors). The Agent is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or changes in the property details after the listing is published.
7. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 1 month notice. Termination may result in fees based on the services provided up until the termination date.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai.
